Functional, intelligent, uplifting classes to leave you feeling connected, joyful, restored and balanced. Diana's unique approach transcends anyone Yoga lineage and is derived from 20+ years of practice in a variety of yoga, mobility, movement and somatic practices.

Classes blend functional mobility, active stretching, cathartic release, core work, breath work, and utilize Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, FRC, and self-mapping tools that inform the structure of the body, hydrate the tissues and liberate the mind. The body, like origami, is designed to fit itself and fold optimally for . We take a formal approach to movement, to better understand our first nature and potentiate our second nature. Through consistent, skillful practice, we develop insight, joy and infinite potential.
