A Syncretic Approach
Our unique approach transcends anyone movement modality and is derived from 20+ years of practice and study within a wide variety of yoga, mobility, movement and somatics modalities.
Inside you will find a blend of practices: strength, functional mobility, resistance stretching, cathartic release, core work, breath work, and restorative practices and meditation.
Yoga practices are heavily informed by Vinyasa, Iyengar and Katonah Yoga, FRC and resistance stretching, using self-mapping tools to inform the structure of the body, hydrate the tissues and liberate the mind. The body, like origami, is designed to fit itself and fold optimally for healthy joints and organ function. We take a formal approach to movement, to better understand our first nature and potentiate our second nature. Through consistent, skillful practice, we develop insight, joy and infinite potential.

ABOUT DIANA
For the last decade, Diana has supported individuals to find more peace, resilience, clarity, and wellbeing. She’s led teacher trainings, International retreats, and her signature AwakenAwe programs. Diana blends a syncretic offering from her studies in a variety of movement and embodiment modalities including Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, FRC, cognitive behavior coaching, yoga therapy, and more.
Diana is trauma-certified and she holds an advanced yoga therapeutics certification from Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman; She is certified to teach Katonah Yoga from the founder Nevine Michaan. Diana utilizes the body as a vehicle to bring insight and harmony within oneself and to deepen our connection to life. She is grateful to share the wisdom that has supported her own healing and evolution.
